Picnic at the Mill of Kintail

We have been more than busy with the kids since the beginning of the summer holidays, old and young alike have been having fun.  Every morning has been taken up with swimming classes, but each afternoon we try to do something different.  On this particular sunny day we set off for a picnic at the Mill of Kintail.  

After some play on the equipment it was time for lunch at a table in the shade.

Then back to the equipment.  Good ole Buppa is called on for a push.

It was hot and sunny, but the kids didn't mind.  Buppa and I kept retreating to the shade.

There was some shade under the equipment...

But most of the time was spent on top of it!

Where do they get their energy?

Time to take a break in the shade.
