In addition to the sentiment that I understand this picture carries with it - that has got to be one of the most beautiful pictures of you and AC (not that I have seen thousands of pics of the two of you)

You're a beautiful woman Cuppa and I hope you keep the picture in a little larger form somewhere to remind you of how great the two of you look together, what promise(s) the flowers bring each spring, and how you and AC are together/healthy/alive.

Gosh - I'm kind of mushy today.

Thanks Katt. We thought Karla might want pictures in the future of who released balloons and where. My heart just breaks for her.

WashLady - yes your are kind of mushy today, but I hear you. I really like the picture too.

It was so windy in our corner of the country when we wanted to release the balloons that our main concern was to find a sheltered corner to get a picture to send to Karla. AC set up the tripod (you can see the remote switch in his hand to click the pic) and we got in the fram as best we could. We didn't know what the camera was getting until we got back into the house. I was glad to see that we got the spring flowers along with the balloons.

Thanks for your comments and getting me to take a second look at the picture. Those daffodils do teach us each year about beauty coming out of those cold dark places in life and how colour will return to us after the long winter of the soul when we have lost a loved one.

I also want to say thank you for the wonderful blog you posted this morning about what to do now to support Karla and her family. Wise words indeed.
